RULING ON PETITION FOR PRELIMINARY INJUNCTION
CLARIE, Chief Judge.
The petitioner seeks a preliminary injunction, under § 10(J) of the National Labor Relations Act, 29 U.S.C. § 160(l), 1 to halt the picketing currently being conducted by the respondent at the Hartford, Connecticut, locations of Purolator Security, Inc. A hearing was held on May 12, 1975; and the parties have submitted briefs as well as proposed findings of fact and conclusions of law.
