The plaintiffs seek to enjoin an election scheduled to be held under the auspices of the Regional Director of the National Labor Relations Board to determine the collective bargaining representative, if any, of the security officers and watchmen employed at plaintiffs’ New York Hilton Hotel. Specifically, they seek the exclusion of two unions from the ballot.
