The petitioner, Robert S. Fuchs, Regional Director of the First Region of the National Labor Relations Board (“N.L.R.B.”), seeks a preliminary injunction under § 10(7) of the National Labor Relations Act, 29 U.S.C. § 160(7), to enjoin the picketing currently being conducted by the respondent, International Brotherhood of Teamsters, Chauffeurs, Warehousemen and Helpers of America, Local 115 (“Local 115”) at the Bristol, Connecticut location of the Enflo Corporation (“Enflo”).
