OPINION
SWEET, District Judge.
Plaintiffs Majorica, S.A. and Majorica Jewelry, Ltd. (together, “Majorica”) have moved pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 15(a) for leave to file a third amended complaint, pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 12(f) for an order striking defendants’ Second, Third, Fourth, Fifth and Sixth affirmative defenses, and pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 42(b) for severance of defendants’ counterclaims.
