Plaintiff appeals from an order entered November 12, 1941, dissolving a writ of attachment as to 15 shares of stock of the Consumers Power Company.

The facts in this case are stipulated. Plaintiff, a resident of Battle Creek, Michigan, and defendant, a resident of Dayton, Ohio, are brothers. On August 1,1941, plaintiff had in his possession stock certificate No. A-13718 issued July 28,1941, in the name of defendant Louis J.
