MEMORANDUM OPINION
AMY BERMAN JACKSON, District Judge.
Plaintiff Adam LoPiccolo brings this action alleging various claims against defen dants American University (“AU”), its Board of Trustees, Director of Athletics Robert Acunto, and Coach Mark Cody related to the non-renewal of his wrestling scholarship. Defendants have moved for dismissal [Dkt. # 29 and # 31] under Fed. R.Civ.P. 12(b)(6). 1 Because plaintiffs claims are all barred by the statute of limitations, the Court will grant the motions to dismiss.
