This is a bill in chancery, filed by complainants, husband and wife, in which it is averred that defendant, who is an uncle of Adelbert Q. Church, is seeking to foreclose .a mortgage on the farm where the complainants live. It is claimed in the bill that in 1887 the complainants were living in Illinois; that they were poor, and had a large family; that the defendant was a man of considerable property; that Adelbert Church had for many years been supporting his mother, who for part of the time was bedridden; that his mother was a sister of defendant; that the defendant had promised…
