This suit was instituted by Katherine Rotge in the 103d District Court of Cameron County, against Dan Murphy and wife, Elizabeth Regent Murphy, Harlingen Independent School District, individually and as trustee, State of Texas, Cameron County, City of Harlingen, Arroyo Colorado Navigation District of Cameron and Willacy Counties, Cameron County Water Improvement District Number One, B.
