McDONALD, Chief Justice.

Homer Hamilton owned the property involved in this suit, a residence in the City of Fort Worth, when he died intestate in 1934. His heirs failed to pay the taxes for a good many years. Suit for taxes was brought under the provisions of Art. 7345b, Vern.Tex.Civ.St, and judgment of foreclosure was followed by sheriff’s sale of the property to the City of Fort Worth, one of the taxing units, on June 6, 1944.
