Our opinion of January 28, 1970, is withdrawn and the following is substituted.

Suit brought by appellees, Bill M. White and Carolyn Sue Sansom, seeking to impress a trust on certain real estate owned by appellant, Byrta Carson. Upon a trial before a jury, the jury found that $3,500.00 in funds belonging to John Marvin White, deceased, the father of appellees, was used by appellant for purchase of the real property in question.
