This case comes to this Court on its second appeal. See Harris v. Sentry Title Co., 715 F.2d 941 (5th Cir.1983), modified in part, 727 F.2d 1368 (5th Cir.1984), cert. denied, 467 U.S. 1226, 104 S.Ct. 2679, 81 L.Ed.2d 874 (1984).
