I.INTRODUCTION
This motion for partial summary judgment stems from the failure of the Defendant, a meat processing company, to comply with the overtime provisions of the Fair Labor Standards Act (“FLSA”), 29 U.S.C. § 207(a)(1), § 206(e)(6). The Plaintiffs, who work in the Defendant’s meat packing plant, received less overtime than they were entitled to under the FLSA.
