This is an appeal by the plaintiff from a judgment of dismissal following an order sustaining a demurrer to plaintiff's third amended complaint without leave to amend.

On September 16, 1960, plaintiff filed and recorded in the office of the County Recorder of Los Angeles County, a claim of mechanic’s lien in the sum of $12,582.66 against certain real property reputedly owned by various persons, including the respondents.
