Dr. Sammie Giles, Jr., Ph.D. (“Giles”) appeals the grant of summary judgment, on all of his claims, to the University of Toledo and four individuals in its administration whom Giles sued in both their official and individual capacities: Alan G. Goodridge, James M. Sciarini, Ganapathy Naganathan, and Daniel M. Johnson.
