By an information filed by the district at torney of Riverside County, defendant was charged in separate counts, with committing four crimes of incest with Marjorie MacDonald, his daughter, by means of sexual intercourse ; of two crimes of statutory rape on the person of Marjorie during her seventeenth year, and with contracting an incestuous marriage with Marjorie. He was convicted on all counts. His motion for a new trial was denied and he has appealed from the judgment and from that order. He has attempted to appeal from an order denying his motion in arrest of judgment, and other orders…
