Believing the Board of Curators of the University of Missouri (hereinafter, "Curators") failed to comply with the terms of Decedent's trust, Hillsdale College (hereinafter, "Hillsdale") filed suit in St. Louis County, challenging Curators' administration of the trust's funds.
