This was a suit by James Barwick against the Texas New Orleans Railroad Company for damages for personal injuries sustained by him while engaged in the service of the railroad company in the capacity of car repairer, caused by the falling upon him of a lot of car doors which had been leaning against a shed post near the place at which he was working when hurt.
