This is a diversity action commenced by the plaintiff March 3, 1964, seeking judgment against the defendants in the sum of $130,236.12 and foreclosure of a second mortgage. Plaintiff, Pacific Industries, Inc., (Pacific), is a Texas corporation with its principal place of business in that State and is the corporate successor of Itasca Draperies, Inc., (Itasca), also a Texas corporation with its principal place of business in that State.
