The appellant, Charles Fisher, was employed as a truck driver by the appellee, Poole Truck Line (Poole). Fisher was denied workers’ compensation benefits when the Commission found that he was not performing “employment services” when he was injured while transporting in his own automobile the results of a physical examination that Poole had required him to take before giving him a work assignment.
