I agree with the majority that appellant was not performing employment services at the time of her injury, but I write separately because I believe the Commission, in reaching that result, has misinterpreted Ark. Code Ann. § 11-9-102(5)(A)(i) (Repl. 1996) and prior decisions of this court in stating that appellant’s injury is not compensable because it did not occur while she was in the process of pursuing noncustodial parents or training on the new computer program.
