Appellant Jimmy Linton appeals the Workers’ Compensation Commission’s (“Commission”) decision affirming and adopting the Administrative Law Judge’s (“ALJ”) findings and denying him compensation on the basis that he failed to prove by a preponderance of the evidence that he sustained an injury in the course of and arising out of his employment with appellee Arkansas Department of Correction (“ADC”).
