Curry v. Block
District Court, S.D. Georgia
1Opinion of the Court
ORDER
ALAIMO, Chief Judge.
By Order dated June 11, 1982, this Court granted plaintiffs’ motion for summary judgment. That judgment was affirmed by the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. Currently before the Court is plaintiffs’ motion for assessment of approximately $55,460 in attorney fees against the United States. After a thorough and painstaking consideration of the record and of the briefs and oral argument presented on this motion, the Court con- eludes that plaintiffs should be awarded attorney fees pursuant to the fee provisions of 28 U.S.C. § 2412(b) and (d).
