Defendant appeals a judgment of conviction for unauthorized use of a vehicle, ORS 164.135, and theft in the second degree, ORS 164.045. He assigns error to the trial court’s denial of his motion to suppress evidence seized during the execution of a search warrant, contending that the affidavit in support of the warrant did not provide probable cause for the issuance of the warrant.
