OPINION ON REHEARING

BROWN, Judge.

Maxine Huff and the Estate of Wayne Huff (“Wayne’s Estate”) petition for rehearing of a published opinion in which we reversed the trial court’s grant in part of the motion for summary judgment filed by Maxine and Wayne’s Estate and affirmed the trial court’s judgment in favor of Lloyd N. Huff, as trustee of the Elihu W. Huff Trust, Lloyd N. Huff, as beneficiary of the Elihu W.
