Appeal by defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Shaw, J.), rendered March 20, 1980, convicting him of grand larceny in the second degree, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence. The appeal brings up for review the denial of defendant’s motion to suppress an oral statement made by him. Judgment reversed, on the law, defendant’s motion to suppress is granted and new trial ordered.
