OPINION

THOMAS M. TWARDOWSKI, Bankruptcy Judge.

Before the court is the motion filed by Associates Home Equity Consumer Discount Company (“Movant”) 1 requesting relief from the automatic stay under 11 U.S.C. § 362(d)(1). Movant seeks relief from the automatic stay so that it may pursue its in rem, state court foreclosure rights against the collateral arguing that its lien survived the plan confirmation process and that its interests are not adequately protected.
