In this case we must address the effect of a bankruptcy court’s confirmation of a Chapter 13 wage earner plan on a creditor’s liens. Specifically, appellants contend that liens on their primary residence were avoided because the creditor received notice (by means of a copy of the proposed plan) that the underlying debt was being treated as unsecured but neither objected to confirmation of the plan nor filed a proof of…
