Respondent appeals by leave granted an order granting petitioner’s subpoena request, directing respondent to produce certain patient health information. We affirm.

I. FACTS

Respondent is a dentist. The Michigan Department of Community Health (MDCH) is conducting an inves tigation into allegations that respondent has engaged in insurance fraud.
