James A. Randolph, III (“Randolph”) commenced this suit against his former employer, Madison Square Realty Management, Inc. (“Madison Square”), and its officers to recover treble damages and attorney’s fees for Madison Square’s alleged violation of G.L.c. 149, §§148, 150 in failing to pay wages earned by him. Madison Square counterclaimed for Randolph’s breach of contract in failing to pay the outstanding balance on a loan.
