On March 9, 1978, the victim, Imogene Saylor, was assaulted and robbed in Cincinnati, Ohio. The single commissioner, in an opinion and order dated November 11,1980, granted the applicant $20.75; an amount representing the applicant’s net unreimbursable economic loss by way of work loss. In an order dated October 15, 1981, a panel of three Court of Claims Commissioners affirmed the opinion and order of the single commissioner.
