This is an appeal of an order in Claim No. V80-42503 of a three commissioner panel entered July 28, 1982, affirming the order of a single commissioner. The order awarded appellee $500, the maximum burial allowance, for the victim whose death occurred on February 13, 1980. The order also denied appellee’s claim for dependent’s economic loss and dependent’s replacement services loss.
