I. PROCEDURAL HISTORY
[¶ 1] Plaintiffs allege that defendant Little Wound School Board (“the Board”) has violated Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (“Title VII”), 42 U.S.C. § 2000e et seq. Plaintiffs maintain that the Board has violated Title VII because it has a pattern and a practice of discriminating against employees based upon race.
