FARLEY, Associate Judge:
On February 3, 1993, William G. Smith, Esq., pursuant to Rule 2 of this Court’s Rules of Practice and Procedure, moved for an Order consolidating the above-referenced matters in the interest of judicial economy. The motion was supported by attorneys Cox and Wick, as well as the Department of Veterans Affairs (formerly Veterans’ Administration) (VA) General Counsel. Although the form of the submissions filed and the relief sought differ slightly, in each matter the Court is asked to order the enforcement of a fee agreement by directing the Secretary of Veterans Affairs…
