¶ 1 Appellants, Janice and Robert Sa-hutsky, filed a legal malpractice case against Appellees, a law firm and individual lawyers.1 They appeal from an order denying their petition to open/strike off a judgment of non pros entered by the trial court pursuant to Pa.R.C.P. 4019. Appel-lees served the Sahutskys’ counsel with discovery requests on January 3, 2003.
