Hazel M. Rivett. and Rowena B. Tilton brought the present action to recover damages arising from their purchase of 20 machines for vending policies of automobile travel insurance from defendant Continental Service Corporation, which was the alter ego of defendants Sol H. Oppenheim and Herbert Oppenheim. The other defendants in the action are Swett and Crawford, Inc., a firm of underwriting managers and agents, Earl C.
