I. Jurisdiction, Procedural Background, and Summary
Plaintiff Harrison Aire, Inc., an owner and operator of hot air balloons, filed this action on March 12, 2002, alleging that Defendants Aerostar International, Inc. and Raven Industries, Inc. (Aerostar’s corporate parent) operated their hot air balloon business in violation of Sections 1 and 2 of the federal antitrust laws. 15 U.S.C. §§ 1 & 2.
