Daniel A. Ramirez, pro se, appeals from a summary judgment entered in favor of First Liberty Insurance Corporation. For the reasons that follow, we affirm.

FACTUAL SUMMARY

In February of 2009, Ramirez was stopped at an intersection in San Antonio. The vehicle behind him was driven by Ernest Dyer. Dyer took his foot off of the brake and his vehicle struck Ramirez’s vehicle. Ramirez’s vehicle was insured by Government Employees Insurance Company (GEICO) and Dyer’s vehicle was insured by Liberty. Ramirez did not sue Dyer. He instead filed suit against…
