In this premises liability case, we revisit the implications of a hazard that is known both to the premises owner and the person who is injured. For the reasons noted below, we affirm.

This dispute comes to us following a summary judgment granted in favor ,of a property owner, ArelorMittal Vinton, Inc. (AMV),1 and against Carla Wallace, a security guard working on the property.
