Appellant, Kay Dobie (“Dobie”), appeals . judgment of the Faulkner County Circuit Court in which a jury awarded Appellees, Larry Rogers (“Rogers”) and Elizabeth Snipan (“Snipan”), a total of $125,250.00 in damages. The damages represent the cost to repair the house Appellees bought from Dobie and her ex-husband, Ron Dobie. The jury found Dobie, her ex-husband, and Bob Kordsmeier (“Kordsmeier”), individually and as an agent for Conway Home Inspection Service, Inc., jointly and severally hable for the damages.
