I find that I am unable to agree with the majority opinion in this case, and desire to state my views of the law applicable to the facts presented in this case.
I think the majority opinion is based upon the general rule announced in criminal cases, that this court will not interfere with the verdict of the jury or judgment of the trial court where there is a conflict in the evidence, or where there is competent evidence in the record "from which the jury might reasonably conclude that the defendant is guilty."
