The judgments under review are for damages sustained as the result of injury to Mabel Guderyon when an automobile, which she was driving northward on a highway, ran through a cloud of smoke and into a truck which Arthur Teske, an employee of the defendant, Wisconsin Telephone Company, had parked on the east side of the highway. At the time of the accident, a smoke cloud arising from a pile of burning brush was blown by a northeast wind across the highway so as to obscure the vision along the road.
