McGEE, Judge.
Keith LaMay, Sr. (“LaMay, Sr.”) and Keith LaMay, Jr. (“LaMay, Jr.”) were robbed at gunpoint in the parking lot of an Arby’s restaurant in Burlington at approximately 1:30 a.m. on 30 July 2011. Thome Oliver Watlington (“Defendant”) was tried on six charges related to that robbery at the 25 September 2012 criminal session of Superior Court, Alamance County, along with charges related to other incidents.
