Kentucky Maynard died intestate, a resident of Pike county, Ky., December 20, 1927, the owner of real and personal property of the appraised value of $164,-000, but of the actual value of $140,000. She died without issue, leaving A. J. Maynard, her husband, R. H. Sowards, a brother, the children-of one sister, and four-brothers, as her only heirs at law. R. H.
