Charles P. Moorman died a resident of Louisville, Kentucky, on February 13, 1917, leaving personal estate amounting to $2,379,154.09. By his will, which was duly admitted to probate, he appointed the Louisville Trust Company as his executor and appointed Arthur Board, Dr. Leon L. Solomon and Caldwell Norton a committee to act at all times and in all matters with his executor in the control and management of his estate, After making' certain specific devises, he directed his executor, with the approval of the committee, to divide all the residue…
