Plaintiff appeals from summary judgment affirming the Secretary’s denial of social security benefits. For the reasons set forth below, we affirm.
On October 25, 1978, plaintiff, Margaret Chester, filed an application for surviving child’s insurance benefits on behalf of her son, claimant, Christopher O. Chester, based on the social security earnings record of the deceased wage earner, Brad Montgomery.
