Plaintiff below (appellee here), a minor about sixteen years of age, by his next friend and natural *359guardian, his mother, sued to recover damages- alleged to have been sustained through the negligence .of appellant in failing to provide suitable and safe machinery and appliances with which to perform the work appellee was required to do.
