This lender liability action arises from the unsuccessful attempt of Sidney E. Taylor (“Sidney”), through Taylor Tool & Die Manufacturing, Inc., and Taylor Investment, Inc. (collectively “Taylor Companies”), to purchase Cyb Tool & Die, Inc., and Mark IV, Inc. (collectively “Cyb Companies”).
