Plaintiff Demetra Baylor brought this case against defendant Mitchell Ruben-stein & Associates, P.C., alleging that defendant violated various provisions of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), 15 U.S.C. § 1692 et seq., the D.C.
