This is a hearing on appeal from the common pleas court of Cuyahoga county, and an injunction is sought by plaintiff, the Occo Realty Company, against the New York, Chicago & St. Louis Railroad Company and the city of Cleveland, to enjoin them from changing the grade of certain streets which front the property of the plaintiff, known as Kinsman road and Grand avenue in the city of Cleveland.
