The attorney general began disbarment proceedings! against the respondent, Fred P. Marconnit, by filing an original complaint in this court. This comes before us now on a motion of the attorney general for judgment on the report of the referee. There were no briefs filed, but the representative of the attorney general, Mr. Paul P. *899Massey, and the respondent himself appeared before the court and argued the matter comprehensively.
